Requirements:

working speakers, microphone and proper use of ventrilo(its for exchanging information about enemy locations and developing plans, not chatting)

at least 125 FPS

basic knowledge of console variables(understand how to use console)

willingness to cooperate(immediately follow the direction of your team leader)

dedication of time(no leaving during match unless its an emergency)
